逆算思考

Thinking backwards.

When Amazon Inc. starts to develop a product, they make a news release first.

They decide what they are going to release and then work backwards through the development process to get there.

It is really important to do things with a goal in mind.

In the company I work for, I feel that there are a certain number of people who give more importance to the process than the goal.

かのアマゾン社では、商品開発を始める場合、最初にニュースリリースを作るらしい。

ニュースリリースする内容を定め、それに向かって開発工程を逆算していく。

ゴールを見据えた上で物事を進めることって本当に大事。

私の勤める企業にはゴールより過程を重要視してしまう人が一定数いる気がする。
