Yesterday, I clearly had a lack of concentration.

I think my brain ran out of gas because I've been constantly thinking about something for the past week.

I'll make sure to schedule in some time to rest.

ここ一週間、常に何かを考えていたため、脳がガス欠になったんだと思う。

「必ず休息する時間」を予定に組み込もう。
